Our conveyors are custom-designed for the products to be transported and according to work and hygiene conditions, and the right type of belt (modular, smooth, positive traction, etc.) and type of drive system (geared motor, roller drive) is selected.



A wide diversity of forms (straight, curved, with brakes, elevating, descending, two-directional, etc.) custom-manufactured to fit the facilities, or using standard solutions, always employing a modular system to allow for future extensions and rapid layout alterations.


A combination of safety and hygiene with open sections on all conveyer belts thus avoiding hidden corners where contamination may proliferate.



A variety of cleaning systems ensure simple hygiene maintenance and a reduced environmental impact.


Equipment to merge containers into a single line, with a variety of solutions available, depending on the space available, the layout of the packaging line and the type of containers to be moved.

Its purpose is to merge the containers into a single parallel line which can be used to feed metal detectors, machine vision and labelling equipment.

2. RFID technology with GUARANTEED TRACEABILITY

RFID technology has revolutionised and optimised processes along the entire chain, from start to finish, and is a key component of the 4.0 Food Industry.

It stores much more data which can be conveyed from the transmitter to the receiver without physical contact and it can also be reprogrammed.

Through the use of RFID tags, the information generated at each cutting process stage is added automatically, producing real-time data, including alerts and diversion parameters.

1. Tray

Manual tray packaging equipment comprising a conveyor with workstations positioned over foldable supports, and fixed shelves for product cartons and empty trays.

Manual box packaging equipment, comprising a sorting hopper with mobile separators, box shelf for filling and contact box handling conveyor.


AUTOMATIC PACKAGING

1. Box/Tray

Equipment for automatic box or tray packaging by weight for medium and small products, comprising product feeder conveyor, pneumatic batching hopper, dynamic weighing, box or tray feeder and output conveyor.


2. Bag

Equipment for semi-automatic bag packaging by weight for medium and small products, comprising product feeder conveyor, pneumatic dosage hopper with weighing unit and drum with clamps for manual bag attachment.



PRIMARY AND SECONDARY PACKAGING, CODING AND MARKING EQUIPMENT


Integrated ITEM CODING AND MARKING solutions using a broad range of technologies and accessories and printing, marking and traceability supplies, thus offering an all-round solution , ensuring total integration.



Ultrasound cutting equipment for soft and greasy products with varying densities and layers in the same block. Clean cut, with no squashing or product loss, high speed cutting with none of the product sticking to the cutting blade.

Precise, continuous cut, and length can be configured with a piece counter touch screen.

All parts are accessible for efficient and safe cleaning.



The simplicity of this system increases the cost-effectiveness of the storage space since it requires little investment and makes the most of the storage space available, as trolleys can be stacked vertically to increase empty cutter trolley storage capacity and can also be used for temporarily storing trolleys with produce.


Choosing the right order preparation system is critical since it has a direct impact on the facility’s operating costs.

The key benefit of RFID tags in the order preparation process are:

• Cost savings through more efficient resource management and a reduction in the time spent on managing the processes.

• Improved performance of operators as a result of the simplified process. Operators receive the orders directly on their terminals from the management system and collect from the warehouse only those items required for the order, which they place in the order preparation equipment.

• Reduces human error to a minimum since far less data is input manually. Errors may lead to a drop in productivity or even to having to discard an order completely.

• Real-time warehouse monitoring.
